Wildewood Health is Nanaimo’s leading active therapy clinic. Opening its doors in 2021, Wildewood Health offers private treatments rooms, a large gym space and brand-new equipment to suit whatever the needs are of the client and practitioner.

Strength & Conditioning
Youth female strength and conditioning is a program designed to give female athletes a space to lift and feel comfortable. This program will include advancing the athletes skills in strength, speed, power, agility, endurance and so much more. The Athletes will take their physical abilities to the next level with this class.
Adult strength and conditioning is a program designed to keep the adult in physical shape and thriving. Program focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, power and much more. Come join for a small, inclusive group and like-minded women who want to stay in shape and add serious muscle to their frame.

Learn To Lift Program
Our Learn to Lift Program is a 12 week program where individuals learnt the basics of fundamental lifts and movements and how to properly warm up/ cool down and structure a work out.
