Fuel up on foods that support your best performance, with dietary tips from a registered nutritionist.

Master your mindset with seminars to help you channel a winning attitude. 

Track your progress with reassessments every 3 months using state-of-the-art VALD performance technology. 

You’ll receive:

  • 1.5-hour initial assessment to determine baseline values 
  • 1-hour sessions hosted once or twice weekly 
  • Reassessment every 3 months 
  • 60-minute group nutrition seminar hosted every 3 months 
  • 60-minute group sport performance seminar hosted every 3 months
