Effective December 1st, 2022, Wildewood Health will be updating our Sick Policy.
As service-based healthcare providers, our livelihood relies on our abilities to provide services. We strive to provide high-quality, individualized care and do not double-book or overlap appointments. When you book at Wildewood Health, your appointment is reserved solely for you and the attention of the practitioner.
If you are sick and need to cancel within 24 hours:
- ICBC and PTA clients will go to online appointments through our Jane Management system.
- If you are a PTA or ICBC client and are too unwell to make the online appointment, you will be charged the $50.00 late cancellation fee.
- If you are a private client, you will be charged the late cancellation fee of $50.00
- If you have COVID, you will be excused from paying the late cancellation fee, but a rebooking is expected at the soonest possible date.
We will use discretion in extenuating circumstances.
We will not tolerate rudeness or disrespect to our team when enforcing this policy.
