It is that time of year again when winter is fast approaching and snow is around the corner.
As a service-based healthcare provider, our livelihood relies on our abilities to provide services. We strive to provide high-quality, individualized care and do not double-book or overlap appointments. When you book at Wildewood Health, your appointment is reserved solely for you and the attention of the practitioner.
Your safety is a high priority for us.
If your appointment falls on a School District 68 ‘snow day’:
- If you feel safe driving to the clinic, you are welcome!
- ICBC and PTA clients will go to online appointments through our Jane Management system if they cannot make it to the clinic.
- Private clients will be rescheduled to the next available date if they cannot make it to the appointment.
- If you do not feel comfortable driving to the clinic because of the weather conditions, we understand, and your safety is a high priority for us. When clients cancel because of driving conditions, but it is not considered a ‘snow day,’ appointments will go online.
Please call the clinic or email admin@wildewoodhealth.com to notify them and rebook where applicable.
We will use our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
We will not tolerate rudeness or disrespect enforcing this policy.
Thank you for understanding! We are a small business and doing our best.
