Our Train for Life Semi-private Classes are designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility for when you’re on the job, at home, or out in the community. Led by seasoned coaches, our semi-private classes are a safe, effective, and approachable way to move towards the goals that inspire you.

What is the 6:1 Semi-private Train for Life program?
Our 6:1 Small Group Train for Life program fuels your active lifestyle through functional exercise. These 60-minute semi-private classes will keep you motivated, accountable, and empowered through every step of your physical wellness journey.
After we deep dive into your goals and assess your current physical abilities, our coaches will create a customized training plan to have you making week-to-week progress towards your performance goals. We’re also big on safety, so expect to get the full scoop on proper form, posture, recovery, and mobility techniques along the way to keep you feeling strong and injury-free.
